To help make it easier and keep the kitchen cool, here are some tips and a sample meal plan incorporating a variety of no-cook, grill, and quick-cook recipes. While some are simple and premade meals we just add our touch on, which is okay. Some days just call for those types of meals. Normally we never had lasagna in the summer, but we had a random few chilly day, so it was perfect, and I was already making one for a neighbor who recently had a baby.
