Back to school is upon us which means planning meals is essential. With before and after school activities, planning ahead helps takes the stress out of figuring out dinner. It also helps me figure out meals we can make that can leave a bit of leftovers to have for those days which the kids will have sports or dance. So, for the month of August, I have the following meals planned out and of course things are always bound to change. This is not a full month due to always including leftover days in the mix and a few days where I know we’ll likely eat out.
