Mississippi Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken
  • 1 packet au jus dry mix
  • 1 packet ranch dry mix
  • 8 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
  • Pepperoncini peppers
  • Pepperoncini juice (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place chicken in a casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle the au jus mix and ranch mix evenly over the chicken.
  4. Top with butter pieces and add pepperoncini peppers.
  5. Pour a little pepperoncini juice over the top, if desired.
  6. Bake for 20–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
