Chicken Meatballs (Spicy & NonSpicy)

1 lb ground chicken

1 tablespoon of ranch seasoning

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

1/4 cup cheddar cheese

1/2 cup almond flour or rice flour

1 egg

Mix all together

Form meatballs place on plan line with parchment paper(spray it as well)

Bake at 500 for 9-12 minutes

For non spicy just leave out the buffalo sauce

After baked we toss them in buffalo sauce or drizzle on top
