Ingredients
- 48 oz frozen corn, thawed
- 6 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 bag (about 2 cups) shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup half-and-half
- 4 tablespoons butter, sliced
- Optional: cooked crumbled bacon & diced jalapeños
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat your crockpot on high for 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Add thawed corn, cream cheese, cheddar, half-and-half, and butter to the crockpot.
3️⃣ Stir everything together.
4️⃣ Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, stirring once or twice if possible.
5️⃣ Once melted and creamy, stir well. Add bacon and jalapeños if using.
6️⃣ Turn to warm until ready to serve.
