Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken
- 1 packet au jus dry mix
- 1 packet ranch dry mix
- 8 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
- Pepperoncini peppers
- Pepperoncini juice (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place chicken in a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the au jus mix and ranch mix evenly over the chicken.
- Top with butter pieces and add pepperoncini peppers.
- Pour a little pepperoncini juice over the top, if desired.
- Bake for 20–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
